I recently purchased my home, and worked with Vikram for my mortgage. I shouldn't hesitate to admit that I just wished I could have him in my past home buying processes as well - I truly realized the difference I I experienced this time with Vikram with my past mortgage experiences with other loan officers/ lenders. You will feel like you're working with your own family member, yet he's utterly professional who really makes sure you get the best of all. Mortgage process is complicated, but working with Vik made my whole procedure smooth enough. He's always available anytime I have questions and concerns; advised me to the best direction so I don't deviate out of my own financial/ budgeting trajectory. I was fortunate to have him as my loan officer, hands down.
